Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Triple S Club. By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Triple S Club is a UK-based fitness merchandise brand. We can be contacted at info@tripleslclub.com.

2. Our Products & How We Produce Them

All Triple S Club merchandise is produced on a made-to-order basis through our production partner. Once your order is placed, your item(s) are manufactured, shipped to us, and then packaged and dispatched to you. This process means:

  • Orders typically take up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase to arrive.

  • Because items are made to order, we are unable to guarantee immediate stock availability for exchanges.

  • Product colours may vary slightly from how they appear on screen due to monitor settings and production processes.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent to make the purchase.

  • The payment and delivery details you provide are accurate and complete.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where there is a pricing error or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 weeks of purchase. Delivery times after dispatch will depend on the courier and your location. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control (such as extreme weather or postal strikes).

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your purchase date, please contact us at info@tripleslclub.com so we can investigate.

6. Exchanges & Faulty Items

Our Exchanges & Faulty Items Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions and sets out your rights in full. As all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind but do offer exchanges on a goodwill basis and full remedies for faulty or incorrect items. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

7. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Please contact us at info@tripleslclub.com within 30 days of receipt if you believe your item is faulty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Triple S Club website and products — including logos, designs, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Triple S Club. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple S Club’s liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
