Exchanges & faulty items policy

Overview

All Triple S Club merchandise is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly encourage you to check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

However, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong. Please read this policy in full before purchasing.

1. Made to Order — No Returns for Change of Mind

As all items are produced individually on demand, we do not hold stock and cannot resell returned items. For this reason, all sales are final for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size. We are not able to offer cash refunds in these circumstances.

We recommend carefully checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing before you buy, please contact us at info@tripleslclub.com and we’ll be happy to help.

2. Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky, so we offer exchanges on a goodwill basis for items that are unworn and in their original condition. To request an exchange:

  • Email info@tripleslclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and the size or item you’d like instead.

  • We will confirm whether an exchange is possible and provide instructions.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

As all items are made to order, your exchange item will take up to 3 weeks to be produced, packaged, and dispatched to you once we receive your return.

3. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@tripleslclub.com within 14 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us at your own cost.

Please note that as items are made to order, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of production from any statutory refund where permitted by law.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tripleslclub.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible, and we will cover all return postage costs in these circumstances.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty or not as described.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

We are unable to accept exchanges on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use

  • Items returned without prior approval from us

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
